It took less than 2 working days for home delivery from the tome of order. Its prices are reasonably competitive in HK market.
I had some glitches with my a/c that blocked me from accessing to my reward points at the outset as I was a newbie to its services.
But its staff, via WhatsApp, were very patient in n helpful to finding a solution for me finally.
But it'd have been better if there had been adanced prior notice, say the day or hours before , of the delivery time.
Anyway I'd recommend it to any pet owners.
