How does PetShack Membership work?
It's super easy! Once you register on PetShack, you will instantly be welcomed to the PetShack Family Membership!
We have 3 tiers in our VIP Program:
Paw Pass: Upon registering, you will immediately be welcomed as a member of the PetShack Family Membership and start your adventure with us.
Paw Plus: Once you have reached 7000 Pet Points in 12 months, you will move into the Paw Plus tier and enjoy more VIP benefits, including a $50 OFF Coupon and increased Pet Point earning rates.
Paw Premium: Once you have reached 12000 Pet Points in 12 months, you will move into the Paw Premium tier, our highest level Off-fur! You can expect exclusive VIP benefits, including a $100 OFF Coupon and our highest Pet Points earning rewards.
When will my Membership expire?
Once you Sign Up, your membership account will be activated and you will be part of our Pack furr-ever!
How do I keep my Plus or Premium status?
To retain your membership tier, you need to earn enough Pet Points by maintaining your total spending amount within 12 months.
Pet Plus qualifies by earning 7000 Pet Points in a year, and Pet Premium by earning 12000 Pet Points in a year.
When will my Pet Points expire?
Purr-fect question! Your Pet Points lasts for 12 months from the date you signed up. As long as you purchase within 12 months, your Pet Points won't expire.
How do I check my Pet Points Balance?
Checking your Pet Points Balance is quick and easy! You will need to be logged in to view your Pet Points. Once you do, you can check your Pet Points Balance here.
How do I redeem my Pet Points?

- Pet Points can be redeemed as Cash Coupons off your order at checkout.
- Pet Points could also redeem special gifts from our Pawfect Rewards collection.
Can I transfer my Pet Points to someone else?
Un-fur-tunately, Pet Points can only be used by the account holder and cannot be transferred to another party.
