I've been purchasing most of my dog treats from Petshack. My 15 year old Yorkie is extremely picky, but his favourite snack is the freeze dried Hoki fice from Petshack. I will keep on repurchasing as Petshack offers a discount if purchased in multiples.

This is my first time to deal with PetShack. Before selecting, I called the office to ask something. The cs (may be the big boss!) was answering me patiently. After placing my order, I did sent whatsapp to check the delivery. They replied promptly. I received my goods just 3 days after placing the order. The goods are coming with a compliment.👍🏻

My order has some minor problem (I’m afraid the delivery for my order will be delayed after the last long weekend holidays so I am worried that it will not be delivered on the specified date (under the delivery policy 2-4 days) but your colleagues replied my inquiry quickly via WhatsApp including the picture of the parcel was ready to deliver and it has gained my confidence to keep my purchase with PetShack.

Because I was eager to buy cat good that was not easy to get from normal pet shop. I called them in afternoon and wanted to receive it in the evening. They were very helpful in accepting my urgent request and accommodated me to deliver it to the nearby MTR station. They packed it into a clean and beautiful box with a little gift. They provided good service with heart. And I definitely will order the goods from them.
Very happy with the excellent customer service and speedy+safe delivery of my items. I ordered a bunch of toys for my cats, and they love the cat tunnel as well as the sassy sushi toy! I couldn't resist the cool deals they have on dogs selections as well, so I also ordered a bunch of things for my friends' pets too.
