This is my first time to deal with PetShack. Before selecting, I called the office to ask something. The cs (may be the big boss!) was answering me patiently. After placing my order, I did sent whatsapp to check the delivery. They replied promptly. I received my goods just 3 days after placing the order. The goods are coming with a compliment.👍🏻

Was taking care of a family Frenchie (1 yr old) for a short period of time and quickly had to find a fix for the pupper. He chowed down on it like his life depended on it so im guessing he loved the food! Do read instructions and transition your dog since I gave it all new dry food (since his OG kibble ran out and was bad quality) and the first 2-3 days led to softer poops.

Also major props to the PetShack Team for being such troopers and saved my butt in a pinch, they honestly have great service and a great attitude. I do see myself supporting them in the coming future! Keep it up lads!
