To start your PetShack Autoship & Save, shop for your pet's favourites. Above the add to cart button, they will find a purchase option with subscription details of Autoship & Save.

Modify: Customers are able to pause or skip next order, change quantity or product type, adjust delivery frequency, change delivery address, and update the billing card.

Paused: Orders will resume once manually activated and reset your Autoship reschedule.

Cancel: Customers are able to cancel their subscription anytime.

• Subscriptions are renewed automatically.
• No minimum payment commitments for cancellation or changes.
• Discount or offers could change without notice.

Not at all, it can be cancelled anytime for free!

You are never locked into a price with Autoship & Save Delivery. There will be a friendly reminder email with the price and processing date 7 days before it's set to go. If you would like to amend or cancel an upcoming Autoship order, please make sure to do it before the processing date.

Delivery fee for Autoship & Save orders are the same as regular one-time purchases. Autoship & Save orders that total the amount over HK$200 qualify for free delivery. Otherwise, a HK$40 delivery charge applies.
