Adult Dogs may be fed once or twice a day depending on your preference. Feed Pregnant Dogs 50% more during last 3 weeks of pregnancy. During Lactation dogs require twice the amount as an adult dog and should be fed 3 or 4 times a day. Your dog’s food requirement may vary from the feeding guidelines due to age, breed, environment, activity level, and body condition.
*Feed an extra 3/4 cup for each additional 20 lbs (9kg) or body weight over 100lbs (45kg).
Grandma Mae’s Adult Dog Entree is Great for Puppies too! Puppies 5 months or younger feed the recommended total daily amount divided into three small meals a day; from 6 to 12 months, feed the daily amount divided into two meals a day; from 13 to 18 months, feed once a day. Puppies whose daily ration exceeds two cups may be fed twice a day.
**For puppies over 100lbs, add 1/4 cup for each additional 10lbs of weight
