Fast order processing, good price (Royal Canine FHN for sterilised cat - adult), speedy delivery. Just one point, freebies and the "eco-friendly" shopping bag that came with the order, while understanding their purposes, are not for me. I prefer picking products/finding out about products for my cat on my own, and also already have so many of those eco-friendly shopping bags from everybody. Those bags, I understand, are not really that eco-friendly.

It took less than 2 working days for home delivery from the tome of order. Its prices are reasonably competitive in HK market.
I had some glitches with my a/c that blocked me from accessing to my reward points at the outset as I was a newbie to its services.

But it'd have been better if there had been adanced prior notice, say the day or hours before , of the delivery time.
